The apartment owner is responsible for making the house rules (Norwegian only) known for any residents of their apartment.

The most important rules for residents and visitors

Do not use the apartment or the common areas in a way that may inconvenience other residents.
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Avoid activities that may disturb residents in other apartments, for example playing loud music or running the washing machine.
Dispose of waste according to the instructions (Norwegian only). Do not leave trash in the common areas.

Talk to the person/people causing the disturbance if the situation permits. Often a friendly reminder is enough.
If this does not resolve the problem, you may call the security guard service (Securitas): +47 90 86 02 74.
